David and Dan have worked together at previous Managed Service Providers (MSPs) for 10 years and individually worked at MSPs for a number of years before that.
Over the years David and Dan have been able to isolate and understand customers issues in a way that can only come from extensive experience working in the industry.
David and Dan also over those years identified areas in which the traditional MSP approach to customer service was lacking and so decided to form a new venture that would utilise their experience and understanding of what ‘professional service’ really means.
